見学後、入居者からOKがでて、保証金と家賃の入金と、本人確認書類の確認がとれれば、その後すぐにでも入居できます。

小さめの4DKの一戸建てで、基本的には満員時4人でのシェアになります。
現在、20代の男性2名と、30代の女性1名が入居されていて、そのうち男性1名の部屋に彼の彼女も居候中です。
5月30日に、そのカップルが退去になり、変わりに30代男性が入居される予定です。

お部屋は、洋室約５畳から６畳くらいの広さで、約3畳分の収納スペースがあります。
3階建ての一軒家の3階部分で、西日の入るとても明るいお部屋で、窓からは長田の町並みや六甲山を望むことができます。
3階には、このお部屋と、階段を挟んで、さらに約１畳分の収納スペースがあります。
お部屋にはエアコン、ベッド、寝具、ソファ、家具などがついています。
テレビは部屋にはありませんが、接続可能です。
写真も貼り付けていますが、この写真は一年以上前、子どもが住んでいた頃に撮ったものですので、とてもカラフルになっていますが、どうぞ自分好みのインテリアに変えてください。

キッチン、ダイニング、バスルーム、トイレ(2か所)等は、他の入居者とのシェアになります。
家具、家電、調理器具、食器等、生活に必要なものは一通り揃っています。

狭い家ですので、特殊なところが2点あります。
バスルームの脱衣所は、個室ではなく、キッチンダイニングにカーテンで仕切りを作り、そこを脱衣スペースとしています。
また、洗濯機はベランダに置いているのですが、ベランダに行くのには、女性が入居中の部屋を通り抜けることになっています。
このことを承知で入居されているので、洗濯目的で部屋に入室するのは構いませんが、深夜の洗濯機利用はお控えくださいますよう、よろしくお願いします。


家賃に電気、ガス、水道の光熱費は含まれません。
光熱費の目安は、月3,000円から8,000円です。
インターネットは、無線で、家のどこからでも、利用可能です(無料)。

敷金礼金は不要ですが、入居時に一か月分の家賃同額の保証金をお預かりさせていただいてます。
この保証金は退去時に問題なければ、光熱費を差引いた後に返金させていただきます。
保証人も不要ですが、写真入りの本人確認書類が必要です。

入居希望の方に部屋をキープしておいても、入居予定日直前になって、入居をキャンセルされる方がときどきいますので、部屋をキープする場合は、手付金(1万円)をお預かりさせていただきます。
手付金は、こちらから入居をお断りする場合は返金させていただきますが、入居予定者の方がキャンセルされる場合はお返しすることができません。
また、手付金の入金が確認できるまでは、多数の見学者を受け付けますので、見学のご予定をたてていただいたのにも関わらず、それまでにこちらからお断りのメールをお送りすることもございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

神戸が初めてという方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、神戸は山と海に挟まれた、大きすぎず小さすぎない都会で、自然を感じつつ都会生活が送れる所です。
異国情緒があり高級なイメージを抱いている方も多いと思いますが、元町付近を離れると下町がたくさんあり、特に長田はびっくりするほど安い八百屋さんやスーパーなんかもありますので、生活費は他の地域よりも安くあげられると思います。
治安が悪いのではと心配になる方もいらっしゃるようですが、私(大家)は4年間住んで、そう思ったことはありません。
神戸は、いい音楽が聞ける店もたくさんありますし、多国籍料理や洋菓子のおいしいお店もたくさんあります。
都会生活に疲れた人、抵抗がある人にも、無理なくなじんでいける地域だと思います。


なお、今回は大家の私が投稿していますが、私は海外に住んでいます。
何か問題があれば私か、私の家族が飛んでいきますが、普段は何も連絡なしに勝手に家に入るようなことはありません。
