I am looking for job in Osaka.

I can speak French and English.

Does someone tell me how to find a job in osaka,please?

It's where japanese people look for jobs.
it's a government owned facility.

they offer service for foreigners who can't speak japanese also.

Heh, good luck is right.

All of nova's teachers are running scared and teaching jobs are getting 50 applicants for every position. Better try finding something teaching French!

Dear whom it may concern,

I am here in Japan with working holiday visa, I was born and raised in U. S. with dual citizenship of South Korea where I have just obtained my visa. I was scheduled to work at a hotel in Hokkaido but that job became no longer available due to my late arrival in Japan. If there's any position available at your institution I will be more than happy to pay a visit for a possible position.
