Supposing he re-entered Japan, that means fingerprint system doesn’t work for this guy’s case? So…does it mean that his fingerprint is not in the criminal list? Even though fake name didn’t matched with his name, biometrics data should say something if it has criminal record, right? How can we do to let the authorities to take this case more seriously? Feel like to want intervention of police now rather than grass-root activities.

We think he got a permanent resident card a while ago. It seems was married for a while. Some of his very early ads, during the Daniel School era, mention about 'just got divorced' & 'I am single now'.

Thanks. It is probable that the guy has a permanent visa. For me, it just doesn’t sound realistic that he leaves and enters every 90 day. If that was true, renewing visitor status every 90 day has been his ritual since 200_, which is pretty tough job. The biggest question is “how does he make these funds for travel?" Apparently, only ripping-off cannot be fat income, so how does this guy arrange all his living costs?
