Anyway, yeah, internet love. I don't know, I've never had a girlfriend on the internet. I've met girls on the internet, exchanged a couple of emails and then met them in person, and THEN started dating them if I liked them. But if you just send emails for too long without changing it into a regular human relationship then it might fall flat pretty quick. It could be for other reasons that she stopped writing. Maybe she just thought it was a fun, novel experience to have an internet friend at first but never planned to actually meet anybody. Then she got bored and went back to making her purikura album or something. The internet is often (not always) a bad way to meet people for that reason--you can invest a lot of time and then find out that neither person is interested.
