I went to why not party last night.
and i joined a speed dating game.
it was my first time.
i think its really fun!!!
I am shy, so i can't talk to people many people at the party, but during the game, i could talk to many people.
i made foreign friends!!
i want to do it agian!!!

It looked pretty fun. Glad you enjoyed it. There were so many people there!

The regular party was good too. I got to see some good friends and drink some good alcohol.

NOT AT THE PARTY !!! ANd oh ! was my absence that conspicuous !!!!

And to be honest i am merely seeing the same faces at every gaijin party I go to so the interest level has dropped.

I hear ya. But since moving the party to Soma, there are a few new faces on the scene.

The next party is gonna be nomihoudai, I think. That's good for me because I am really cheap. So come out and have a drink with me...I'm buying!

I could see people were having a lot of fun.
30 seats were taken alot quicker than we thought, so some people couldn't join it. Sorry for that!
We will do it again at the next WhyNot!? Party on 3/18.

ちょっと話の時間が短かったと思います。
3分ぐらいあったほうがいいかなと思います。
ちなみに参加した人は何人いたのですか？
ちょっと多すぎるような気も。。。

でも、とっても楽しかったです！久しぶりに学生のように興奮したって感じです。是非、次回もしたいと思います。

Yeah, the speaking time was a bit short, but that game was only one part of the event. There were more chances to talk with those people after the game was over (maybe that's cheating!). (^-^) If we talked to each person for 3 minutes, I think it would take too long. I also wanted to talk to the people who couldn't participate in the game, and just enjoy the regular party atmosphere. Maybe you should limit it to 20 people, 10 men and 10 women. (On Saturday 30 people took part).

But it was fun!
