To make Osaka appeal to people from overseas, you should probably give information about what makes the lifestyle here comfortable. For example, how it`s very easy to commute using trains and subways, and it`s small enough to ride your bike around; that it`s a busy city but that there are many quiet areas nearby (like Nara etc.); that there are lots of gyms (maybe you could list some gyms), etc. Also, a lot of people arrive here and don`t know where to buy foreign products, so maybe a list of import shops where you can buy those things would be useful. Many people come here and they can`t find things like peanut butter!! It`s not difficult to find, but you have to know where the shops are. It took me about 2 years to find enough shops to make me happy.
