Hi, I am a japanese girl who gonna uni in Engalnd.

I am interested in fashion industry and like to check fashion runway. I have some majour brand items such as bags, shoes and etc. I am not rich, but i saved up to buy them. I didnt buy them just because of the brand name, i bought them because these have a nice designe.

Here is my question, during my stay in England, shouldnt i wear those brands items and bags? I hear that foreighners dont like people with brands and they look down on us. They think its stupid to buy such expensive items, right? Is it true? In Japan, its not unusual that girls are walking with brand bags or wearing brands clothes. But abroad..i dunno... i see less people with majour brands overseas compared to Japan...I dont wanna put my future classmates down...i wanna make many friends at uni...so is it better not to bring my favorite items to England?
