I've just found a nice place for my hair!I used to go to Shinsaibashi for my hair done(just a little trim and my roots),actually it was not so bad,but I didn't like to go there cuz too far and their English is soso...
Finally my friend told me about the wonderful place in KOBE,the name is Billy,it's just like a small apartment in Sannomiya,2hair dressers,and a little dog!One of the hair dresser has experienced in London,another one seems still young but does very nice job.both of them speak ENG as well.Absolutely I will never go to the ex hair dresser.There,trust me,it's so cheap and awesome!!!
