Very nice and clean 1 room apartment available in Mito.
Mito is around 15 minutes by Kintetsu line from Namba. The apartment is a private 1k with separate kitchen, bathroom/toilet and room. Very clean and cheap! It's less than 30 seconds walk to the station and near Kinki university. (Kinki university is about 7 minutes by bicycle). It is not furnished.
The kitchen is 3 mats and the room is 6 mats. Has a balcony and airconditioner. 1 apartment is tatami type and one is vinyl floor type. These apartments were recently renovated.
There is a convenience store next to the apartment, and a shopping street.

There are 2 options for this apartment.
Option 1 is- 40,000/month (includes water) + 100,000 key money (no refund).
Option 2 is 45,000/month (includes water). No key money or deposit required, but a Japanese guarantor is needed. A guarantor can be arranged (guarantor company) for 15,000 yen (one time payment)
There are 2 apartments in the same building available NOW.
To move in, you would need the first months rent (45,000) plus the 15,000 yen for the guarantor fee. (no deposit) TOTAL 60,000 YEN TO MOVE IN.
If you have a Japanese friend who can be the guarantor, you would only need the first months rent of 45,000 yen. (no deposit) TOTAL 45,000 YEN TO MOVE IN.
If you plan to stay a long time, the 40,000 yen month + 100,000 may be a good option. In this case, you would need the first months rent (40,000yen) + the key money (100,000yen) TOTAL TO MOVE IN 140,000YEN.
Please note that there are no hidden charges, real estate fees 　etc
(my fee is also 0 yen). Furniture packs (washing machine, fridge/futon etc) can be provided for a very small fee.
