英語が話せるシェアメイト募集！ 日本人でもOK

I’m looking for the share mates who can speak English and talk with me in English everyday,because I want to speak English well.
I don’t ask it man and woman, the age,your nationality in particular.
On the other hand, the rent is 15,000 yen entirely without only telephone bill. And you can use your exclusive PC and a single bed, too.

The place is Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, JR Kanjo-line Temma Station, subway Tenjinbashi-rokuchome Staeion, Ogimachi Station, each foot around 5 minutes. The first floor is a convenience store, and there is a super in front of our room.
The Tenjin-bashi shopping district are also near immediately.

The total layout is 53 square meters of 2LDK. Your room is 5.5-mat(about 10 square meters,maybe).11-mat living becomes the common use space. In the seventh floor of 7 stories, this floor has only this room. There is not the locking automatically.

I am a man of 33 years old.I work in dvertising agency.
I think the character to be able to get along well with any person. I have room share experience in New Zealand. But my Englih conversation skill is not well.
I think that I invite a friend on the weekend and do parties and I am happy and can spend it.

If you hope comes, I can talk on the weekend after 12th or in late time of the weekday.

英語を上達させたいので、英語ができて日常、英語で話してくれるシェアメイトを募集しています。男女、年齢は特に問いません。もちろん英語が話せる日本人でも大丈夫です。
そのかわり、家賃は15,000円で電話代以外すべて込みです。シングルベッドに専用のパソコンもつけます。

場所は大阪市北区、ＪＲ環状線天満駅、地下鉄天神橋筋六丁目、扇町駅、それぞれ徒歩５分程度。1階がコンビニで目の前がスーパー、天神橋筋商店街もすぐ近くととても便利です。

全体の間取りは2ＬＤＫの53平米。お貸しする部屋は5.5畳でリビング11畳が共用スペースになります。7階建ての7階で、このフロアはこの部屋しかありません。オートロックはありません。
入居はいつでも大丈夫です。

私は33歳の男、広告代理店勤務、やりたいことに向かって日々邁進しています。
性格は社交的なのでだいたいの人とは仲良くできると思います。ニュージーランドでルームシェア経験もありです。
週末は友達をよんでパーティーなどして楽しく過ごせればと思います。
