I have just rented a new apartment 5 mins walk to Sannomiya station, close to shops, bus stops, parks, etc. 14th floor with a view.

I am 25, from New Zealand, speak japanese, work a lot so am very rarely home. Prefer Japanese speaker but foreigners are good too, any culture fine. Almost fully furnished apartment, with all amenities.

Someone social is preferred and must be working. I am flexible with rent but am asking Y70,000 p/mth. Students ok as well as long as you have a source of income.

The apartment is a 3LDK, under floor heating, balcony, I have an office which if free to be used also.

Long/short term is fine, male/female ok!
