・場所について（山崎サントリー工場の近く）
かなり最高です。都会の喧騒から離れたオアシスだと言えます。とても静かで空気がきれいです。家のすぐ近くにスーパーやコンビニがあり、すごく便利です。市営のジムは近くにあるし、年間￥3000で使い放題になります。
・電車
阪急水無瀬から梅田までは30分、河原町までは25分です。
家から駅まで自転車で3分かかります。
JR山崎から大阪までは25分、京都までは15分です。
家から駅まで自転車で5分です。
・家について
一軒家の半分を借りており、たたみ6畳の部屋が一階に一部屋、二階に二部屋あります。押し入れもとても大きいです。トイレと風呂は別々です。広いキッチンもございます。ネットに接続したパソコンがいつでも使えます。
・家賃と光熱費
家賃は￥20000です。礼金などは要りません。光熱費は季節によって違いますが、平均は￥5000です。
