We are 2 Japanese females (27 and 24, working). We are looking for other female English speaker. --looking for similar (tidy, non-smoking)
Rent : 40,000yen/m, deposit 20,000yen (The expenses for lighting and fuel include it. If you want to use internet, +2000yen/m)
Room : one western-style room
Shared: kitchen, bath, toilet, balcony, refrigerator, washing machine, cooking tools, vacuum-cleaner, iron, etc.
Location: 2 min-walk from hanshin kasugano-michi station, and 5 min-walk from hankyu kasugano-michi station.(2 min to sannomiya, 35 min to umeda).
It's a good location and close to stations, nice market and a supermarket around here.
