We looking forward to coming New roommate.

One room is available in Kobe from March 2008.
We are two Japanese females (27 and 24, working). Now we living three females (share the room) But this month one roommate leaving.
So We are looking for other female English speaker. --looking for similar (tidy, non-smoking)
Rent : 40,000yen/m (The expenses for lighting and fuel include it. If you want to use internet line, +2000yen/m), deposit 20,000yen
Room : one western-style room
Shared: kitchen, bath, toilet, balcony, refrigerator, washing machine, cooking tools, vacuum-cleaner, iron, etc.
Location: 2 min-walk from hanshin kasugano-michi station, and 5 min-walk from hankyu kasugano-michi station.(2 min to sannomiya, 35 min to umeda).
It's a good location and close to stations, nice market and a supermarket around here.
