share my room with japanese

hi,
i'm from France(M 24years). i live in Awaji station (hankuy-kyoto line (20 minutes to Umeda and 15 minutes to Suita Campus ). I wish to share my room. both Boy and Girl are welcome(i already have a GF in France).But must be Friendly, sociable and Japanese native speaker.
unfortunately,I can't speak Japanese (that's why I'm looking for Japanese native speaker) , we can speak English .but it's not a problem at all if your English is not good.I can teach you French too if you want .
the cost is around(16 000 /month and utilities maybe around 4000/ months )
