Exchange accommodation x hostel work

Hello,
We are small hostels in Osaka Namba area and Kyoto central area. If you can help us with general hostel work (4-5 hours a day, 5-6 days a week) we provide you with a free accommdation at our hostels. Any nationality, age ok, but must be responsible and serious about work. More than 2 months stay required.
