From Tokyo

I guess people here are in the Kansai area but I live near Tokyo, looking for a native English speaker for an exchange in the Tokyo or Kanagawa area.

Im a 26 years old japanese female who has an English speaking job and hoping to improve my speaking ability for my job.
also, interested in an european language like French,
Italian, Garman and Dutch.
