【Step 1】
メールで送らせていただいた招待URLから下記画面へ。”予約する”をクリック。
既にイベントが開始されている場合は、”ログインしてイベントに参加しよう”というボタンが表示されるので、クリックする。
Please go to this page by the event URL. Click “Sign in to join event!” button to start.
【Step 2】
①か②のどちらかでアカウントを作成してください。
イベントを予約していただいたメールアドレスで登録お願いします。
今回はプライベートイベントなので、こちらで事前に参加者としてメールアドレスを登録している方しか参加できません。
もし予約のメールアドレスと異なるアドレスを使用する場合は、お手数ですがご連絡ください。
②のGoogleアカウントでサインインされる方は、【Step 3】はスキップしてください。
Please sign up either ① or ②. Please use the same email address you sent the reservation form. We registered your email address as an attendee since it’s a private event.
If you use the different email address, please let us know.
If you sign up by google account, skip【Step 3】.
【Step 3】
情報を入力した後、利用規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意するにチェックを入れ、”イベント登録”をクリック。
After you enter the info, please check the box of terms & conditions and privacy policy. Then click “Join event now”.
【Step 4】
登録完了です！You have successfully registered!
【Profile Picture】
画面の右上にあるアイコンをクリックするとメニューがでるので、”プロフィール”をクリック。
Click the icon in the upper right corner. Select “Update Profile” in the drop-down menu.
”編集”ボタンを押すと、下の画面に移動するので、名前を入れて、”プロフィール画像を追加” から写真を追加する。
Click ”Edit Profile”, then please add your name and picture.
【Tutorial】
使い方を説明したTutorialが始まります。”次へ”を押して進んでください。
最後に”カメラとマイクを許可する”をクリックしてください。
Please see the tutorial, then click to allow accessing to your camera & microphone.
左上にポップアップが出てくるので、”許可”をクリックしてください。
A popup will appear in the upper left corner. Please click “Allow”.
自分の顔が写っているか確認してください。もしカメラが複数ある場合は、写るものを選択してください。
マイクもゲージが反応するものを選択してください。スピーカーも同様にテストして聞こえるものを選択してください。
全て確認できれば、”参加する”をクリック。
Please check your microphone, camera and speaker work. If you have multiple devices, please select from the drop-down list.
【Let’s join!!】
移動したいテーブルをダブルクリックすると、簡単に移動できます！
画面下のメニューの①”タイルビュー”を押すと、画像が大きく表示されます。
同じボタンを押すと、また表示は小さくなります。
Simply double click on the table you want to move.
Click “Tile view” on the menu bar to enlarge the windows of the members on the table. Click “back to map” to return.
②のチャットボタンを押すと、下記の画面が表示されます。プライベートチャットのメンバーリストから選んで、個別にチャットすることが可能です。
右上の×を押すと、元の画面に戻ります。
Click “Chat” button, then you can have a private chat. You can choose the person from the list.
Click × button, to close the window.
